Clean, modern, polite well dressed staff

Place is located near KFC, Gaisano mall and all brand name fast foods - walking distance. Plenty of carenderias fronting Gaisano. The unit is clean and quiet. Staff are friendly & accommodating on my need. Staying after check out 12pm their is an extension fee of P300 until 2pm, after 2pm its a full day fees. I stayed until 2pm and paid P300.
Poor internet inside the room its only 1-2 bar and get loss sometimes. So, if you’re and heavy internet user this is not the place for you. The router is on lthe hallway so staying close by the door helps with the wifi signal. There are also small tiny ants so be careful where you put your food as it gets swarm by tiny ants.

Good location, lots of places to eat close by and good for transport. Bed was comfy, nice clean sheets and towels. Staff were totally awesome.
Very old and dated. Sink in bathroom had black grouting making it look dirty, shower pressure was very weak, wifi was really awful. Everything in the room was old and pretty dilapidated. Aircon unit was hanging off the wall.
