Grande maison familiale dans son jus avec mobilier daté mais suffisant. Deux salles de bain et toilettes modernes.
Emplacement idéal pour nous à égale distance des lacs Majeur, Côme et Milan.
Communication très facile et fluide avec Mauro ainsi qu’avec Stefania qui est d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité exceptionnelle pour nous accompagner à tout moment .
Le principal point noir était l’absence de climatisation et de ventilateur. Il faisait 31°c dans la maison en arrivant et difficile à faire baisser même en ouvrant la nuit.
Dans la cuisine le frigidaire était petit (m si un deuxième potentiellement disponible au sous sol).
Le canapé lit du bureau était assez dur.

The villa is a precious gem. With just the two of us, we had the whole house to our convenience. Mrs Stephania explained everything and showed us all the rooms, including the basement. The villa looks like it was abandoned by its inhabitants quite some time ago, but it is kept in a pristine state.
Maybe we didn't look around enough, but just two chairs on the terrace was not in line with the rest of the house. Upon arrival we used the Booking address, but that is not the real address. It took us some time to find the real location.
