Excellent location for us, dog friendly beach and sports centre only a five minute walk away. Pool was great too. Bed was comfortable. Sunny balcony. Excellent that we could bring our fog. Smart tv was great for those quiet nights in. Although near to amenities very quiet in the evenings. Looking forward to returning.
Shower itself was great plenty of hot water but getting in and out was a challenge. I’m short and have some arthritis and the bath is very wide and deep to step into and quite slippy. Apartment would benefit from a deep clean, radiators and skirting boards a bit grubby but otherwise good.

Location was amazing, right by the seafront in Goodrington. Parking on-site was a bonus too. The property was spacious and clean. Well equipped for bringing babies/children too, with travel cot, food blender, bed safety rail, etc all available in the cupboards to use. Owner was on-hand when the washing machine broke, and had it fixed immediately - we really appreciated this!
No dishwasher (but appreciate the kitchen is not big enough for this). Some of the crockery and furniture is aging and needs replacing (e.g. chipped/cracked plates and broken chair seat at the dining table). Need to provide more than one bin liner when guests are staying for a full week. Basin tap in bathroom very noisy. Bath water didn't run particularly hot - had to use the shower to fill the bath instead.
