Гарне розташування апартаментів, зовсім поруч магазин та старе місто, зупинки громадського транспорту та парк, недалеко пройтись до пляжу. В номері була необхідна техніка, трохи посуду, олія, приправи, чай, що завжди необхідно, якщо плануєте готувати самостійно. Дуже приємне спілкування було з господарем, дуже порадувало, що вдалося заселитися раніше, ніж вказано, були надіслані рекомендації по закладах, де можна поїсти...
Вода в умивальнику погано уходила, що доставляло незручностей, мало місця для зберігання речей, тому свої навіть не розкладали, а лишили в чемодані, особисто мені кондиціонер трохи заголосний, ну і як писали нижче, то до номеру ведуть спіральні сходи, по яким тяжко затягувати чемодам, добре хоч це тільки на 2 поверх.

Thr apartman is on a perfect location in the old part of the city. It is close to many train station, supermarkets and pharmacies. Beach is 10min walk away. The apartment itself has anything you could need for your stay and we were very pleased with it.
The only downside could be the stairs that take you to the apartment inside of the building, but they were nlt that bad. Besides that nlthing really comes to mind.

It's in the heart of the party town, or at least very close to it. You can easily access the loudest parts of the city as well as the famous promenade. There is a grocery store right in front and tons of restaurants nearby, and also Garibaldi Station with easy access to trams.
The access door is shared with a restaurant's kitchen backdoor, so you get hot air with food smells from their kitchen blasted in your face. The stairway is very narrow and winding, and you should especially watch your head on the first stair, as there is an unprotected, protruding section that you will hit your head on every time if you lean even slightly left. And the entrance door is extremely slim. This wasn't an issue for me, but if you are fat or have a large piece of luggage, just forget it. There were often shady characters hanging out in front of the door as well, some homeless sleeping in front of it too.
The door is hard to use. Keep trying and you'll learn it eventually, but is this really the best choice the host could have gone with?
Hot water runs out quickly, so you better time yourself.
The host sent a message saying that he/she will charge me 50 euro for any late checkout. This was not something I had read or noticed before, and the instruction clearly only says check out by 10 AM. This is too early in my opinion, and such a threatening automated message is not a good look. The host really should make it more obvious in big letters about this late checkout penalty.
