Great central town centre location. Considering it's on the main ring road it's very quiet.
Close to the bus station if you are arriving and departing from there.
The apartment was very clean and the bed was super comfortable and nice linen.
Well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom, albeit compact, was clean and nice towels provided.
Lots of windows so very light, if the curtains are open. In
As soon as we walked through the front door there was an overriding smell of damp and it was really cold. Not very welcoming. Perhaps the heating needs to be set to come on in the afternoon as the check in is 4pm. Nobody wants to enter a really cold apartment in the autumn/winter.
The sofa was very small and not very comfortable., something you'd find in a waiting room.
No parking attached to the property but there is parking in the town nearby at a cost.
Didn't keep curtains open, can be overseen and only a back service road to be seen.
No regular television channels, just Freeview.
This was a last minute booking as our boiler broke down. We were asked to pay a £30 damage waiver, never have we been asked to do that before. I felt as though we were being accused of being irresponsible guests before having even been given any of the access details or checked in.
I did take a couple of photos of previous marks so if there was any come back I had evidence.
