Dissapointing, for the amount we paid, very

The timely information via mail. Response after working hours when trying to get to the apt. The owner of the house who had a ready talk eveytime we met!

No tv, no internet, no service to get this fixed. If we were outgoing young people we've wouldn't have minded. If we were young people in general we would have cursed, whined and get angry. We are over 60 and well versed with internet and tv keeping ourselves at the height of things happening in the world. Maintenance sent 4 guys 4 times just to tell me what I already knew! From one of these guys I understood that it was recommended that an additional access point should be installed, weeks before our coming. The 2nd week I bought a local SIM so I could at least keep tabs on my checking account and credit cards. Apt. 2, which is located above apt. 1, has a wooden floor. I had, luckily enough, three different neighbours who were very understanding in keeping things on a moderate noise level so we could have some rest.
