Location. Ease of getting the key. Has lovely park beside. Playground nearby.
Beds dressed very nicely. 1 towel per person
Basics like soaps etc all provided and much appreciated
I didnt realise I'd have to pay a deposit on top of the fee directly to the owner on theirwebsite. Hopefully comes back with no dramas.. i was anxious aboutit as was worriedit was a scam. But seems its standard. . The house is fine. But All beds are desperately uncomfortable. The tiny "dining table" (smaller than coffee table in photo) and 2 dining chairs are too small for a group to dine. The couch is a futon so not comfortable for sitting. Kitchen is equipped with enough for breakfast but very small for big group so couldn't cook an evening meal for all of us. Ended up eating out. Lovely places nearby. The stairs is quite steep and not safe for older adults or anyone with unsure footing. But there is a bedroom downstairs. Shower room directly off the kitchen isn't well set up and was difficult to manage. I'd stay again. But even the kids found the beds difficult to sleep in so those with bad backs steer clear .
