We had a nice holiday overall but the condition of the house was disappointing given the price.

Great location just a few mins drive from the seafront and walking distance to the supermarket. Tidy front garden and nice little back garden. Good sized bedrooms, comfy beds, clean bed linen and plenty of towels.

The property was old and tired with lots of chips and scuffs and marks on the walls and paintwork, cracks in tiles, lime scale on the broken shower head and wobbly tap in the bathroom, mould marks on the kids’ bedroom wall and in the shower. It was clean on the surface but quite dusty and cobwebby in the corners, grubby door frames, dusty bath etc. No response from the agency until after I had left.
