Lovely location with good size bedrooms . Well equipped kitchen and nice terraced area.
Elisa could not have been more helpful. A short video of the access to the property would help when discussing final location details.
Access trying to find the property and down a dirt track which would put off some people

It’s hard to say just 1 thing about this property,
It is the most tranquil villa I have spent a holiday at.
The views of Fermo are some of the most incredible scenes to watch, the morning coffee on the front balcony listening to the wildlife and a hot tub in the evening. Heaven on Earth
The only thing was finding the place and being so far away from town. But that’s not a negative. And in a different holiday I’d prefer that. I was here for a wedding and I was required to drive a lot during my stay.
