The property is a place I would love to lodge anytime I visit the city of São Paulo. The room was so tidy with the exact facilities in the pictures. Also, it was a self check-in which makes it seamless for traveler. I’d recommend over and over.

Gostei da localização. Tem um supermercado próximo e o ifood chega rápido. É perto de muita coisa, inclusive a 99 (carro de aplicativo) também vai fácil lá.
No entanto, o quarto que foi apresentado, não é aquilo que aparece nas fotos, não é exatamente o que tem lá, especificamente, nesse quarto que pedi pelo site. Nesse quarto quadrúpulo havia um cheiro de mofo, cheiro de coisa velha dentro. Quando verifiquei o colchão parecia que havia sido enrolado vários panos e feito o colchão. Horrível! A cama, se houvesse outra pessoa dormindo em cima ou embaixo, acordaria quam estivesse na outra cama, porque era mole. Quarto muito apertado e inadequado para se dormir com pessoas estranhas.
