The perfect location as we were travelling from the ferry port at Caen.
A lovely typical French town with everything we needed to get into the holiday mood and stock up on supplies.
The TV stuck out from the wall and my husband was close to banging his head on it several times.

The host was polite and friendly, and communication was good. The location was convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, which made it easy to access shops and other facilities.
Unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. There was visible dust and dirt in several areas, including the bathroom ventilation, around the edges of the floor and shower, and on some surfaces and appliances.
The property also became extremely hot because of the direct sunlight, and there was only one stand-up fan, which wasn't enough to cool the space. The TV was there but wasn't connected to anything, so it couldn't really be used.
The sofa bed was also quite old and uncomfortable, which made sleeping difficult.
Overall, while the host and location were positives, the cleanliness, heat and lack of comfort affected our stay considerably.
