The house is truly spectacular, design wise it cannot be faulted from the overall look and feel to every single little detail. Though on the edge of a small quiet hill village, it feels totally secluded, there are two outside spaces, the pool terrace and then a further large roof terrace with a jacuzzi, the photos tell the story of the huge views, with genuinely no enhancements. We were there with family, all the bedrooms are large, incredibly stylish, with really beautifully bath/shower rooms, the kitchen is heaven for cooking, endless storage and surface, huge fridge freezer and an induction hob that works brilliantly and is easy to understand. Location wise, for us it was perfect, far enough above the main coast road, so no noise from that, 10 mins to San Stefanos/Kalami etc, with a trail walk if you fancy, and close enough but not too close to the chaos of Kasioppi. The hosts and housekeeper were a delight, nothing too much trouble, we will certainly be back.

All rooms have an exceptional point of view on the landscape and sea. Very quiet place but not far away from touristic points of interests. Quick and positive reactions from Karolos and Ioanna to our questions.

The property was absolutely stunning. The perfect venue for a holiday, the villa and the views are simply breathtaking. We felt privileged to be the first guests to stay in this villa and would love to return. The property was thoughtfully and carefully equipped with everything that anyone could possibly need, from glassware to first aid kits and washing essentials to a welcome basket!
Karolos, the owner (and architect) of the villa was, quite simply, the nicest host we have ever met - nothing was too much trouble, he was so kind, thoughtful and generous that we felt as though we were staying with family when we met him. Thank you Karolos!
