Wonderful lakeside property. The area was perfect for us with some shops and places to eat but a little respite from the amazing chaos of Hanoi. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend opting for a room with a balcony as the views were beautiful. The staff were all so accommodating and eager to provide recommendations and any assistance we could require. Also the morning coffees were some of the best we tried!

the room was exceptionally nice, with a great view of the lake, and a perfect balcony to enjoy my morning coffee. the staff from reception to concierge and housekeeping ent above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Super friendly, very good communications, and just an all around great place to spend a week on the not so hectic side as the od quarter. Highly reccomend. Great value, and will stay again.
There was no safe in the room, and that was the only shortcomming.

The hotel was Amazing and the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities necessary for a short stay. It located in a lovely area by the lakeside and a 10 minute drive away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. The highlight of our stay was the staffs who were really friendly and took good care of us during our stay. Special thanks to Lily and all staffs for being the cutest and nicest host ever! 💯recommend !Would recommend for anyone looking for a Amazing place to stay in Hanoi!

Balcony over lake. Quiet area. Walking distance to places. Nice cafes nearby. Spacious rooms and great for doing own cooking/food. With fridge and kitchenette. Staff friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Made great recommendations for food and places to visit.
