All good communication and very responsive to any requests. Note that, if staying on Friday and Saturday nights, it gets very noisy until late at night. We were allocated a room on the first floor so it was just above the bar which made it impossible to block out the noise. I did request a room on the higher level but it was not available.

Excellent location close to main attractions and metro station, small convenience shop right outside. The apartment is well equipped, exceptional clean and modern (thankfully including two very efficient and quiet AC units 🥵).
Although I didn’t meet the hosts in person they were always available and responsive via WhatsApp, be it offering tips and recommendations, arranging airport transfers or simply checking everything was okay, thank you!
The balcony is quite small, however this didn’t stop us from using it and is obviously unavoidable. It also in no way detracts from the overall high quality of the property.

Great staff were very helpful and accommodating, keeping us up to date via email and WhatsApp, arranging drivers for us and solving issues.
Wonderful hot water pressure. Spacious private balcony for 6th floor unit. Nice cold refrigerator. Power outlets in convenient places. Wonderful coffee maker and tea kettle.
At booking, off-premises staff and elevator limitations were not described. The elevator only runs from the 1st to 5th stories, so all guests must carry their luggage up at least one long flight of stairs from street level to 1st level. We were given the top floor, so we had to carry our luggage up 18 more stairs after exiting the elevator. This was difficult without any staff help, especially as we are senior citizens and one of us had a preexisting injury. Also the room was so small we could only access the bed from 1 side and had to lean into the shower to see ourselves in the bathroom mirror over the sink.
