By logic of design, this budget hotel isa good experience and hence the pictures online can be quite deceiving. The staff is quite helpful, and the terrace is there USP. Location is also quite convenient to get around in this area.
So many amenities are a miss: bathroom smells on the 6th floor after usage for a while, or when there is power cut, they don't have immediate power backup. The AC was noisy and in poor condition. Even my room garbage was not cleared up until I arrived at midnight for check-in.

A good stay, the room was neat and clean..
The service boy didn’t come to clean the room next day even after telling. Had to pay 800 for 3 hours late checkout.

I had a wonderful one week stay at this property, truly enjoying the warm hospitality, friendly staff, and excellent service.
The lift consistently stops and opens at the 1st floor, even when it is not required, whether going up or down.

The location and the pricing. The staff is courteous and efficient in fulfilling requests promptly.
Though it is fairly new but from the time it has started it has not improved upon what it can provide as a hotel. The staff count has reduced, the services have reduced in terms of no kitchen/restaurant in the hotel and the wear and tear in terms of chipped walls and paint and roaches. The bathroom/toilet gives a very strong foul smell at times due to poor ventilation which forces you to open the windows and doors for air circulation.
