Lovely apartment, clean and quiet. Fab views, balcony & pool.

The lock box worked well but we'd received a PIN code through booking.com which we thought would help us gain entry but it didn't. The actual code was in a different message which had initially been missed

We'd agreed a check in time of 1500hrs but there were still cleaners in the apartment until after 4pm so we had to wait. When mentioned to the host, they were apologetic and it seems the previous occupants had left a mess which required additional cleaning.

Dear Booking.com Support, We are submitting this formal complaint regarding the poor quality of services provided at the apartment we booked through your platform. Upon check-in, we discovered that one of the sleeping places was not properly prepared: a pillow and a set of towels were missing. We checked all closets, but these items were not there. When we informed the host (we have WhatsApp messages as proof and can provide them), she insisted that everything should have been there and asked us to continue searching. Eventually, we found one pillow in another bedroom, but there were still no towels. The missing towels were only delivered the following day, which caused significant inconvenience. Furthermore, we reported the following issues to the host: • Water was leaking from the shower onto the floor, with no bath mats or cleaning tools provided, making the bathroom unsafe to use. • Promised amenities were not as described: there was a coffee machine, but only one capsule was provided for five guests; no kitchen towels or paper towels were supplied at all. • In one of the toilets, the toilet seat lid was fixed only on one side and slid off when used, making it both unsafe and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, instead of promptly resolving these issues, the host attempted to shift responsibility onto us, claiming that the problems were caused by us, despite the fact that some essential items were clearly missing from the start. Afterwards, our further messages were increasingly ignored. We have a written WhatsApp conversation confirming these facts and are ready to provide it as evidence. We believe that the accommodation provided was significantly below the advertised standards and did not meet the service expectations. Therefore, we are requesting financial compensation in the amount of at least two nights of our stay. We kindly ask you to review our complaint and inform us of your decision as soon as possible. Bellissima esperienza a Milano. La casa mi è piaciuta fin da subito, soprattutto per la pulizia e per gli spazi comuni. Avere la piscina a disposizione è stata una gran cosa e l’ho sfruttata parecchio. Zona comoda per muoversi e appartamento esattamente come da foto. Nulla da segnalare

De locatie is fijn, dichtbij metrostation. Het zwembad is goed.

Het bed is slecht, de airco op de andere slaapkamer maakt veel herrie. Het appartement is niet geschikt voor 5 personen. Wanneer je de slaapbank gebruikt is er geen ruimte meer over in de “woonkamer”/ keuken. In de woonkamer slapen geeft ook behoorlijk wat herrie van de gang en buiten.
