The space matched the online pictures and was very modern. Loved the kitchen layout since I stayed for an extended period of time and was able to cook for myelf. Bed was comfortable and I thought having outlets for international plugs was ingenious.

I’ll start off by saying this was my fourth time in Liberia for work and Scarlett Apartments was definitely the “fanciest” out of all the residencies. However, I found the place to be “overdone” in some areas and miss out on areas that actually mattered. Having embroidered towels was cute but only having one and having to ask for a replacement about a week in because I had no idea when housekeeping would come by was not. There should be more clarity about how often housekeeping would come by. I asked to have the garbage taken out thinking someone would come by at least every other day, as has been my experience in other places, just to realize I should take it out myself instead of delaying and dealing with the bad smell. I do not mind at all handling myself, it was just the lack of communication and the paper on the counter saying “housekeeping services will be provided throughout your stay” that I found confusing. Lastly, if someone stays long enough to require laundry services, please inquire about pricing before agreeing to avoid any distasteful situations.
