Location was fine. We were returning to the area we lived in as children. Welcomed by a lovely young woman, Kirsty. Room large and clean with new bathroom. Good restaurant and two others nearby. Tea facilities in room. Close to main road to Newcastle so could use bus if we wanted.
Only one easy chair in room for 2 people. Old windows so rattled in wind. Flag outside which was noisy during the night in the wind. Front room so some traffic noise.

Clean, modern room, reasonable space
Challenge to park in carpark, loud music and singing coming from bar down stairs until 1am
