It is in a quiet and safe area. It takes 30 minutes to get to the center by metro. It's 10 minutes walk to the metro.
The apartment was built in place of a garage; it doesn't get much airy, we were pestered by mosquitoes, and the terrace wasn't very clean.

El apartamento nos resultó cómodo y sobretodo con la ola de calor que nos pilló en París, cuando llegábamos se estaba muy fresquito, no nos hizo falta ni ventilador..
Destacar la amabilidad del propietario, muy pendiente por si nos hacía falta algo.

Appartement bien situé, propre et spacieux, l'hôte répond rapidement. Possibilité de se garer proche de l'appartement, il se peut de devoir être un peu plus loin dans la rue ou de tourner mais c'est toujours proche de l'apparetement

L'hébergement très bien aménagé répondait à nos attentes. Nous étions 3 adultes nous y avons passé deux nuits. Il y a effectivement la possibilité de garer gratuitement son véhicule dans la rue quand on a la chance de trouver une place à proximité. Ce qui fût le cas. Un arrêt de bus est situé à environ 5 mn de marche. La station de métro la plus proche est située a environ 20 mn de marche. Donc vous avez le choix d'un transport en commun. Présence d'un commerce alimentaire à proximité. C'est sans hésiter que je le recommande. Merci encore à l'hôte pour sa réactivité à nos demande d'informations et pour son accueil.
Si vous pouviez juste pensez à réinvestir dans un nouveau canapé lit. Sinon tout était parfait.
