Ho apprezzato principalmente la posizione per raggiungere i vari luoghi iconici di Parigi, inoltre l'appartamento è in una via dove si trovano tutte le attività di cui si ha necessità (bar, ristoranti, supermercati, farmacia). Wifi funzionante e cucina fornita di tutto l'essenziale. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà. Un ringraziamento alla manager che si è resa molto disponibile.
Niente di rilevante, ma se proprio devo fare una critica, il bagno di una delle due stanze è un po' compatto specialmente il lavandino largo 20 cm e i letti sono dei matrimoniali alla francese quindi un po' più piccoli di quelli standard italiani.

De locatie is top! Super dichtbij leuke winkels, cafés, het park, openbaar vervoer en de garage. De instructies waren duidelijk en kregen wij op de dag van aankomst. Er dient een borg betaald te worden. Dat is later netjes teruggeboekt.
Het appartement was iets gehorig. Geen straatgeluiden, maar de bovenburen. Dat was alleen niet extreem storend. Iedereen had een eigen badkamer en de indeling was prima. De badkamers (wasbak) zijn klein, maar had dat al in een andere review gelezen. Alle basisbenodigdheden zijn aanwezig in de keuken.
Zou een volgende keer opnieuw boeken.
De hygiene had wel wat beter gekund. Het beddengoed/kussens/matrassen waren schoon. Daar heb ik niks op aan te merken. Wel was het stoffig. Er lag ook nog veel stof op het tapijt, de kamers (hoeken) en en waren spinnenwebben in de badkamer (de douchekop). Dat had iets beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden.
Verder was de woonkamer koud vergeleken met de andere kamers in verband met de ingang naar het appartement.

Great location, quiet rooms, firm but comfortable beds.
Check in was not fun, the 196 location is not the actual location, and you must pay a security deposit on top of the room cost, hidden in the house rules area. No view as you are in an internal courtyard. Also, the area Air conditioning works well but needs to be cleaned. We all woke up with eye and sinis issues and the pharmasist said it looked like something from the pillows or the air conditioning. Also the shower only sort of worked. Looks like black mold in the shower as well on the bottom where the door meets the floor, maybe thats the cause of our new respritory issues. Property needs maintenance and a better check in process.
