Host Giuseppe is very helpful and always available to help and answer any questions or give good recommendations for food, beaches etc. Best host we have had on any rental we have done. Thank you. Roof pool is a great bonus. Views from the roof are tremendous. Sunsets amazing. Amazing apartment. Front balcony is a nice place to sit on the evening to chill in the sun. Quality of finish is exceptional. Very clean and newly decorated/finished. Everything you need. Location is quiet and is 1 street from the nightly street markets. The main square is a couple of hundred yards along the quiet street. Able to park our car easily on street outside. We would return in an instant...didn't want to leave. Loved it.
Not a thing to complain about. This place is brilliant.

Alloggio pulitissimo e super curato, bel restauro recentissimo, raramente ho visto una cura così ricercata sia nei servizi offerti sia nella "cura" estetica di tutti i particolari. Poi punto di forza la posizione, centralissima a Santa Teresa ma allo stesso tempo in un quartiere non trafficato e tranquillo, il must poi la terrazza con piscina e vista sui tetti di Santa Teresa che regala anche un'ottima privacy, poi un plauso anche a Giuseppe sempre disponibile e gentile.

Che dire… tutto semplicemente perfetto! Partiamo dall’host Giuseppe: super accogliente, educatissimo, disponibile e soprattutto preparatissimo nel suo lavoro. Si vede immediatamente la cura e la passione che mette in quello che fa.
L’appartamento è nuovo, pulito in maniera quasi maniacale e curato nei minimi dettagli. Accessoriato con il meglio che si possa desiderare: TV ed elettrodomestici di ottime marche, lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie… non manca veramente nulla. Letto super confortevole e cuscini che sembrano nuvole!
Poi la chicca che non ti aspetti: sul tetto della palazzina c’è una vera e propria piscinetta idromassaggio a disposizione degli ospiti, con sdraio per prendere il sole e una zona sotto il gazebo con tavolo, perfetta per fare un aperitivo con gli amici. Tutto organizzato e tenuto benissimo.
Anche la posizione è fantastica: in un minuto a piedi sei in pieno centro a Santa Teresa di Gallura, tra locali, movimento e bella gente.
Difficile chiedere di più. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci. Grazie Giuseppe, sei un grande! 👏
