The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was cold enough. The beds in the Superior Twin Room were not very large, but were adequate for two adults and two small children. I especially liked the hair dryer in the bathroom, which came with a blue-light negative ion function and had strong airflow. I also appreciated the water dispensers available on every floor, which is a great eco-friendly initiative. The swimming pool provides towels for guests, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, it is a great place for a relaxing vacation.
The check-in process was quite slow. Although the front desk staff were very patient and thorough in assisting guests, this resulted in longer waiting times. With only two counters available, even a relatively short queue took a long time to clear. The hotel may want to consider assigning additional staff during peak check-in hours to help resolve guests' inquiries more efficiently and speed up the check-in process.
