Perfect location for our needs and ideal if you are wanting to visit Joeys Bar and the Dunlop memorial garden.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The beds were actually comfortable with more pillows than anyone could reasonably ask for.
The rooms, whilst not large, were clean and very comfortable.
The breakfast room was spotless with a nice range of continental style breakfast, alongside a cereal option.

Virtually every thing. Especially the staff and the breakfast.
The gas boiler vent was below room window, and when the heating started first thing in the morning where was a strong gas smell for about half an hour.

The location was perfect for us to vist joeys Dunlops memorial garden and his pub. The girl serving in the hotel bar and doing reception was a lovely friendly person. Great fun in the bar with music blaring. Horse racing and football on tv. Locals in bar were very friendly.
Maybe people in the smoking area out the back at 3am talking
