The property had nine bedrooms and was able to accommodate 17 of our family members with plenty of space in the living areas for us or to commune together. Good kitchen size with large dining tables for the whole family to sit around. On the ground floor there are two living rooms with multiple sofas and TVs plenty of space for everyone to gather and relax as a family unit. Each bedroom had its own ensuite and the beds were extremely comfortable bedding towels and even a Beech towel ready to use if needed at the Beech. the location was prime for Saundersfoot Centre a few minutes walk and you were at the seafront multiple amenities around you. Car park was enough to hold house 7 to 8 cars.
There wasn't anything not to like about the property. Everything was perfect for our needs.

Excellent for large families ! Perfect location, shops and beach etc just over the road. The bar area downstairs is particularly fun!
A lot of stairs and heavy doors, just be aware if you are elderly/disabled

Big and spacious with everything you need, even had 2 brand new high chairs which we didn’t think would be there! So close to all the shops, bars and restaurants prime spot
I think something could be done to the space at the rear of the property… a gazebo and some artificial grass would make a great place for a bbq and outdoor dining!
