Bed was comfortable and shower was good, although it was more of wet room, so floor did get quite wet. I liked the decor.

Firstly, it was really difficult to find! Luckily a local lad helped us. We had not given an arrival time, as we didn't know one, but as check-in time was 3pm and we arrived at 3.30pm I thought we'd be ok. Not so! In the description it says there's a 24 hour front desk and a concierge service. What a load of rubbish! We got there to a locked door with no-one there. We had no internet, so had to go and find a cafe with WIFI to try & contact someone. Despite it saying English was spoken, the girl didn't seem to understand what I was saying and sent me a Google map! Even when the cafe owner spoke to her she didn't seem to understand. We eventually made contact and walked to the apartment. There is mention of a ground floor apartment, but nothing is ground floor.....there's about 20 steps to the corridor leading to the apartments. The photos online are not a reflection of the apartment. It shows a kitchenette as you go in, but that is not there....just a couple of uncomfortable dining like chairs opposite the TV. The kitchen is situated further upstairs.....up loads of uneven steps. The balcony & kitchen is also not like the photos. The kitchen was very dusty. The toilet in the main bedroom was continually running, so you couldn't flush it. Although I reported it, no-one came to repair it. Both bedrooms are quite small and tight round the beds, with no windows. Hardly any storage in bathroom. The bottom of the wardrobe was stuffed with blankets so you couldn't hang anything long. The "wardrobe" in the other room was just a cupboard really.....no rail and again, bedding stuffed at the bottom. TV remote had no batteries! It also mentions daily housekeeping but no-one came while we were there.

Me gustó todo el apartamento. Estuvimos en Agosto, hacía mucha calor. Pero el apartamento ofrecía aire acondicionado muy bueno que hizo nuestra estancia confortable. Limpio, bonito y cerca de todo. Sin duda volveríamos.

La comunicación con Ann fue fantástica, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y acogedor y la ubicación dentro de la Medina y al lado de todo para poder recorrer a pie la ciudad. Muy cerca de puntos de recogida de excursiones. Tambien se podia utilizar la piscina del Riad Bobby que esta muy cerca y los empleados eran encantadores y nos trataron super bien, y el bañito despues de mucho calor era de agradecer. En resumen, volveriamos a alojarnos allí si volvemos.

Closeness to the Souks and main town.

The fact that it did not bear any relation to the photos on the website. Limited seating in living area. Broken tap in bathroom. No natural light in bedrooms. Loud noises from above apartments. Towels poor quality. The biggest disappointment was that it bore no resemblance to what we had seen on the website except the bathroom.
