The hotel room completely surprised me. It was very modern and quite spacious. I truly enjoyed the additional reading light on the bed lamp. The bed itself was very comfortable. I love the room design. The amenities were great, and the staff was very welcoming. I will definitely stay again. I consider the value a "Win."

The room was spacious and it was great having a kitchenette for a 2-week stay. There were two washing machines and dryers, although one washing machine was down for a few days. Reception staff was nice, and helped to arrange to fix some issues (water dripping) in the room, and also offered to change my room.
The air con was really noisy, and the temperature of the shower's hot water was difficult to adjust (too hot most of the time). Sound insulation was not great, and got woken up by people talking in the corridors and doors slamming (my room was next to the staircase door). There were 2 cockroaches in the room.

The property was clean, the staff was welcoming. Breakfast was decent do being offered and offered something a little different each morning we were there. The utensils provided were a great help.
The property had a very unpleasant smell as you entered the hotel. The rooms had a different smell that was also unpleasant and lingered on clothing even after leaving. Asked housekeeping to come clean the floor they semi cleaned the room. Pool wasn’t able to be used it was green. Stains on the sheets.
