We loved our stay at El Renacimiento Suites. The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the Centro and a block away from the Tranvia. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional. Everyone was professional and very much ready to assist. I stayed with my young children and when they got sick due to the change in climate and food, everyone made them feel at ease by adjusting their choice of breakfast. Breakfast was a time to enjoy the local bread with delicious coffee, kids were given a treat of pancakes in an effort to make them feel at home. Thank you so much for everything. We look forward to our next visit to Cuenca.

La ubicación, porque estábamos cerca de absolutamente todo y a demás el personal era muy muy agradable 😊
El único defecto es que en la aplicación dice que solo se puede realizar los pagos con tarjeta, porque no aceptan efectivo.
Pero llegando al establecimiento te dicen que solo se realizan pagos en efectivo y que no aceptan tarjeta

Es una suite enorme, con dos camas y dos sofa camas e incluso una cocina-comedor. El desayuno es rendidor, más barato que aquello conseguido en un mercado cercano.
La ubicación es maravillosa, a dos cuadras del parque Calderón.
El agua caliente no funcionaba de noche.
