La localización buena, la zona de cocina excelente en su distribución y equipamiento. Baño adecuado. Dormitorio y camas amplias.
Creo que le falta mantenimiento y un lavado de cara para volver a ser lo que era (y se ve en las fotos) y que ya no es.
Además la información no es en la descripción. NO tiene vistas al jardín NI a la piscina.
OJO con el acceso. Para coger el ascensor desde la entrada, hay que bajar 6 escalones muy empinados. Lo mismo al llegar a la planta del apartamento, hay que subir 6 escalones muy empinados.

Great communication from the host regarding access codes and key safe. The apartment was modern, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Beautiful, well furnished balcony that caught the afternoon/evening sunshine.

Recebi as informações de reserva como tivesse vista de piscina e jardim o que não se verificou. O mobiliário da varanda não é prático, nem funcional, só ocupa espaço. O sofá em palhinha é dispensável.

The location was excellent and the complex itself had very good facilities. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the tennis courts as no key was provided for the padlock, which was disappointing.
The kitchen facilities were good and it was useful to have a washing machine. However, the washing machine was incredibly noisy when running to the point that we felt sorry for the people staying in the apartment below!
The apartment was very basic and unfortunately not particularly comfortable. The furniture felt cheap and some items were broken. The sofa bed was especially uncomfortable, with springs that could be felt through the mattress, making it very difficult to sleep on. The bedding was mismatched and the towels provided were tiny and quite old. Overall, it certainly didn't feel like a luxurious or particularly comfortable stay.
There was also a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains, and the water did not drain properly from the shower tray. The air-conditioning unit leaked water all over the balcony whenever it was switched on.
It's also worth noting that the apartment is not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties, as there are a number of stairs to navigate once you exit the lift. Access was particularly awkward with large or heavy suitcases.
Unfortunately, based on the condition, comfort and maintenance issues, we wouldn't choose to stay here again.
