The apartment is located in a wonderful quiet area of Paris, where it's pleasant to stroll and take a break from the city bustle. The convenient location with respect to public transportation was especially pleasing – it's easy to get to the city center. The availability of private parking and large grocery stores within walking distance made our stay even more comfortable.

Un très agréable séjour fort reposant à proximité de Paris.

Appartement bien équipé situé dans un quartier très tranquille, sécurisé et apaisant à quelques pas du bord d'un fleuve ( la marne ) où l'on peut faire du jogging , du vélo sur piste cycliste et des longues ballades, le tout à proximité de Paris. Le parking attitré pour garer son véhicule est très appreciable. Le contact avec avec la propriétaire a été positif et de qualité de même que les voisins sont très aimables.

Horrible appartement et horrible propriétaire!!! A éviter complètement

Cette annonce est une grosse arnaque! A éviter complètement! L’appartement est très mal situé, transports et magasins loins, il faut une voiture absolument. De plus, aucun confort dans cet apart. Le mobilier est très vieux, le frigo ne refroidit pas car vieux model, pas de vaisselle, et le peu qu’il y’a n’est pas adapté pour les plaques électriques, donc impossible de cuisiner. Les draps et serviettes sont vieux. La télé basique et la télécommande marche à peine. Et cerise sur le gâteau, alors que l’annonce dit bien qu’il y’a internet, et bien il n’y en a pas. La propriétaire ment aux gens en annonçant qu’il y’a du wifi alors qu’il n’y en a pas et c’est volontaire car elle ne souhaite pas payer d’abonnement. La propriétaire est une personne très radine qui ne souhaite absolument rien investir, et qui plus est très agressive! Probablement instable, mais elle est très désagréable. J’ai pourtant été très patiente et flexible en découvrant qu’il n’y avait pas de wifi alors que c’était critical pour moi pour travailler, mais elle m’a menti, et après mon départ, alors que j’ai vidé les poubelles, vidé le frigo, lavé la vaisselle, elle m’a harcelée de messages d’insultes parce que le lavabo de la salle de bain avait quelques traces de maquillage ( traces qui partent avec un simple coup de torchon et de l’eau) d’ailleurs le ménage est normalement inclu à la sortie. Je suis choquée par cette hôte très désagréable, agressive, menteuse! J’ai voyagé partout dans le monde, je n’ai jamais eu une expérience aussi horrible que celle la. A éviter à éviter !!! Je vais d’ailleurs faire une claim chez booking pour dénoncer que l’annonce est mensongère. Cette personne devrait être interdite de publier.
