The washroom drainage was blocked. Not expected from this brand. Though we did not report it to the housekeeping at once, but housekeeping supervisors need to include this in their checklist, to ensure all round readiness. Also, cleaning of wash basins needs improvement.

was a wonderful experience staying at this property. The hospitality of Taj is truly unmatched. It was my birthday, and the entire team made me feel incredibly special throughout my stay. A special thanks to Diksha Bhadri for her warmth, care, and exceptional service, which made the experience even more memorable. The highlight for me was Taj's High Tea. It felt like an extensive buffet with an outstanding variety of delicious offerings. I have stayed at many excellent luxury properties, but this was one of the most amazing High Tea experiences I have ever had. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday celebration so special and unforgettable.

Property was amazing. Everything was perfect and the best part was location.

The staff need training especially front office, how to greet and assist the guest. Welcoming the guest is not just about putting up the Tilak on your forehead , it’s the warmth and the smile while welcoming the guest. The people working in the front office department in the hotel seems like forcefully coming on the work and completing their shifts or not interested in work. The staff seems short of strength there was nobody at the coffee machine near reception and reception as well. Every time I need to ask for a coffee you need to wait for a person to come until the reception calls the person. During breakfast, there was no coffee machine available.
