Está muy lejos y los transportistas abusan de ello con los costos, y tuvimos problemas con la aparición de insectos dentro de la habitación nos salieron 3 cuca….. nuestro lavamos expedía un olor como a drenaje…

I liked the location, pretty close to main city and beach area as well as other locations that I was visiting.
Shower water was cold, no warm water, light went off frequently in the mornings, the facility charged you $25 per “stained” towel, not sure how you can’t stain a towel if Tulum is a jungle and you are frequently at the beach and can bring dirty after a long day exploring. They only provided you with one clean towel for the entire stay, additional $5 for each clean towel. The lights went off in the mornings and had to shower in cold water every night.
