The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There is air conditioning, although it is only available in one room. Both beds were comfortable, and the apartment is a good option for three people.
It is located on the first floor and has a balcony. We also appreciated having a coffee machine and a washing machine.
The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They met us in person, showed us around, and explained everything we needed to know.
A big advantage is the private parking space.
There were a few things that could be improved. The shower was quite difficult to use because the water was either extremely hot or very cold, and it was almost impossible to find a comfortable temperature in between.
The Wi-Fi was very poor. My mobile data connection worked better. On the last day, the Wi-Fi stopped working completely and remained unavailable until we left. Unfortunately, even after the host came to try to fix it, the issue was not resolved.
We also missed having a microwave, which would have been useful.

The apartment was spacious and very clean, with a balcony overlooking a nice garden.
Living among locals was an authentic experience.
The host - Matteo - was kind and helpful, he sent us suggestions for tourist attractions and also provided us transportation from & to the airport, for a convenient price. Grazie!
If you consider travelling by car or renting one, the free parking in the vecinity of the building is very useful.
In terms of grocery stores, there is a "salumeria" nearby with good products and friendly staff & also a Conad supermarket a few minutes away.
The shower water was either very cold or very hot, we didn't manage to set a balanced temperature.
The location is quite far from the city center, however we used the subway (Centro Direzionale station) to go to the areas of interest.

Struttura pulita, posizione tranquilla e lontana dal traffico.
