About this house rental
IDEAL LOCATION... This newly renovated historic home is located on the highly desirable 51st Street beach block—just steps from the promenade and beach entrance. It’s far enough from the downtown hustle to relax, yet close enough for the whole family to walk to many of Sea Isle City’s favorite stores and restaurants. Renovations begin in February, including a new kitchen, all-new bathrooms, new furniture throughout, and the addition of a bonus room serving as the home's fifth bedroom. The house will comfortably sleep 14 guests (2 Kings, 1 Quenn, 2 Doubles, 6 Twins).
Start your day with a cup of coffee on the front porch while listening to the ocean. The first floor features a living room with a large sectional, a dining room with seating for twelve, a laundry room, a kitchen, and a half bathroom. The outside deck is great for grilling and spending time with family. On the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms: one (1 King) with beautiful ocean views, and another with two bunk bed sets (4 Twins). A hallway bathroom (tub/shower) is also located on this floor. The third floor has two bedrooms: the master bedroom (1 King) with a full bath (tub/shower) and another bedroom with amazing ocean views and three beds (1 Queen and 2 Twins). The basement will house the newly renovated bonus room with two double beds (2 Doubles).
The home is fully air-conditioned throughout, and each bedroom has its own independent cooling system for maximum comfort. Below the front porch is a secure storage area that’s large enough for all your beach gear and bikes. An outdoor shower is located at the rear of the home.
This property is just around the corner from several notable restaurants, including La Fontana, Azzurra Pizzeria, Fratelli's Wood-Fire Pizzeria, and the Fractured Prune Donut Shop.

We had the best time staying here this year - the house has character & charmThe beach & promenade access are perfectThe weather was wonderful We loved having lots of things in walking distance and the arcades on the promenade are super fun for the entire family… We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back again next year

Beautiful historic house in an amazing location just steps from the beach & promenade. We almost never had to use our car. Very responsive host, Matt, answered our questions almost immediately. Great Family house - we loved our stay there!
