The Space:

This house works like two trips in one, a laid-back family stay by day and a private party space by night. With 4 bedrooms and 14 beds, multi-family reunions, work retreats, and reunion weekends all fit without anyone splitting a pull-out couch or a shared mattress. Bedroom 3 holds two queen beds under themed decor and artwork, good for two couples or a parent and older kids.



Bedroom 1 pairs a king bed with a futon and includes its own vanity and makeup mirror for getting ready before a night out. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, a trundle, and a chair that folds out to a single bed for extra sleepers, while Bedroom 2 is where the kids or the overflow crew land, with two full over full bunk beds plus a twin trundle so nobody argues over who gets a real mattress.



Downstairs, the Speakeasy Lounge holds a working bar, a pool table, a karaoke mic, and an arcade machine tucked behind a brick wall, and the Outdoor Lounge gives the group a spot to unwind outside once the games wind down. How We Roll is listed on VRBO and managed by Misfit Homes, which means the design touches come with the same easy self check-in and support behind every stay.

It's a stretch of Nashville that lets you dip into downtown without staying in the middle of it

Rideshare is the easiest way to reach downtown and Broadway from this stretch of Nashville. The house includes garage parking, and it sits within a short drive of the city's main stadiums, venues, and restaurants, making it convenient for groups without a car for every guest
