It was very disappointing in many aspects.

The location was good. Walking distance from everywhere. Easy access and easy to find. The bed is very big and comfortable.

When we arrived there was a fly infestation. We contacted the property to fix the problem and they gave us insecticide to fix it. There is very little to no ventilation naturally so most of the insecticide stuck. The bathroom had an pipe smell during our whole stay which made the whole apartment smell bad. There was no kettle, which is a very basic utensil. We weren’t able to open the folding sofa since it hit the opposite door and blocked the entryway. The house is technically for 3 people but there were only 2 dinning chairs.

Decent flat, useless staff/owners

It's located conveniently in Triana. It's a relatively modern apartment that seems (keyword: seems) to have all that it needs.

Except a lot of simple things are either missing or done wrong or done cheaply. There was no place to hang towels in the bathroom, for example. There were 2 dispensers on the bathroom wall, but unlabelled, so no clue what was shampoo or soap or whatever. There were no tea towels to dry dishes with. The toilet paper and kitchen paper was ultra thin. They had non-stick pans and metal kitchen utensils instead of plastic or wood, so they damage the pans which makes them unsafe to cook in. I can go on. But the worst part was the wifi of the apartment not working. I texted them about it, told me to use the other apartment's wifi. That is A) a safety issue and B) it kept timing out. I texted them to come fix the wifi, which we need for work. No response. I send a follow up text. No response. Two days go by, I hear nothing. At checkout, I confront them about it only for them to say "they tried everything but couldn't fix it". In short, the apartment, despite all its shortcomings, is fine-ish, but the staff/owners/whoever are absolutely useless. They can be lucky I don't 1-star this place.
