The rooms were large and in excellent condition. The climate machine was very valuable, when we faced heat waves at noon. The kitchen was great with a lot of space and allowed my daughter to cook a lot. We had a dish cleaner and a washing machine. This is perfect for families with smaller kids.
A minor discomfort is that the appartment did not have a parking lot. Parking is free on the street or on a free nearby parking lot, which we used a lot. In essence, this was quite manageable.

Casa ben fornita, carina e pulita.
Molto Vicina alla strada , con tavoli ristorante davanti la finestra, ma per fortuna non chiude tardissimo.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e ci ha accolti calorosamente, nonostante il nostro arrivo a mezzanotte. Ci hanno ospitato senza problemi e ci hanno aiutato con tutte le nostre richieste durante i nove giorni. Era molto pulito e c'erano molti extra graditi come caffè, carta igienica, sale, zucchero, acqua in bottiglia e una colazione dolce per i bambini, non abbiamo dovuto comprare nulla. Grazie alle buone finestre, il rumore non penetra in casa. abbiamo dormito quanto volevamo

Гарне місце розташування: набережна в 2х кварталах (щоправда для купання треба трохи пройтися), поруч зупинка автобуса і в 10хв.пішки- залізнична станція, що дозволяє дуже просто дістатися, хоч до пляжів в сусідніх містечках (7-10хв), хоч у великі міста - як Флоренція чи Піза. В містечку є маріна з чудовими рестораном, кав'ярнями та навіть перукарнею.
Зручні умови, все відповідає опису, є вся необхідна побутова техніка ( включно з пральною та посудомийною машиною, кавоварка...) та посуд, достатньо рушників та білизни, навіть на заміну, бо ми були 10 днів. Важливо: в приміщенні НЕМАЄ ЗАПАХІВ які зазвичай бувають в квартирах для оренди!!! А це - велика рідкість. Привітний хазяїн, який працює поруч, але не нав'язував "своє товариство".
В якомусь відгуку бачила з мінусів слабий напір води... у нас такого не було,- і гаряча і холодна - все прекрасно. Доречі, санвузол, вочевидь, реновований, бо все нове і гарно працює.
Було б непогано поремонтувати дверцята в кухонному гарнітурі, бо я весь час переживала що вони відваляться і когось стукнуть))
