I love that the property is just a 10-minute walk from the train station. Convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants are all nearby, with plenty of options to choose from, so you'll never run out of supplies or have to worry about going hungry.
The property itself is very clean and well-maintained. We also stayed on the first floor, which was a bonus for us!
One downside is the soundproofing. We could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms, and since we were staying on the first floor, we could also hear the guests upstairs moving their luggage and walking around, especially at night. The footsteps were quite loud, and it happened almost every night.
Other than that, we really loved the property! It's clean, well-maintained, conveniently located, and offers great value for money.

Our room (#101) at ground floor (First floor in Japan) was spacious and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. There was little noise from outside. Overall the room was simply superb. JR Koiwa station was only a 7-8 mins walk away and has direct connectivity with city centers such as Akihabara and Shinjuku.
