Excellent location to the northern side of Tokyo. The hosts go out of there way to assist and help out.

Clean and big room for family.
Very close to train station but not noisy at all.

The place is very convenient by a train station. However, the station is under construction, until 2030, so google map always says to walk to Aoto station, which is unnecessary. It was a hassle at the beginning. However, if you are booking, ask the hotel staff to send you the name of the closest station to search for location.
The owners/staffs are very friendly and helpful. They carried our luggages for check in and check out, since there are no elevator in the building. Also, they let you store luggages before and after check in/out. Just ask.
We like the kitchen and separate beds in the room. Very comfortable and roomy for the standard in Japan.
