First of all it’s good for the price! Not sure you can find any other apartment at this location with this price. Location is super good, botanical garden and eco park are in 5 minutes, subway and big supermarkets are even closer. Apartment is rather old, but good equipped. Kitchenware is also old, but allows to cook delicious Argentinian meat. Washing machine works fine, it also has drying function. Shower works fine and has soap and shampoo. Towels and sheets are fine.
Oh, the worst thing is cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Without them our stay could be much better.
