We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Athens. The location was excellent — in a safe and pleasant area, with restaurants, a Lidl supermarket, and a very good coffee shop all nearby.
It was also very convenient for transportation, with both the metro and tram within easy walking distance. For those who enjoy exploring on foot, many of Athens’ main attractions are only about 1–2 km away, making it possible to reach places like the Acropolis and other central sights without always needing public transport.
Overall, it was a very convenient and comfortable location for exploring Athens, and we would definitely recommend it to other travelers.
The bathtub and washbasin drains were a little clogged. I understand that this is a common issue in hotels or rent apartments, but I believe that regular attention would resolve the issue.

Ωραία δωμάτια και άνετα. Μεγάλοι χώροι.
Θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό, κυρίως το μπάνιο αλλά και η πολυθρόνα στο σαλόνι που είχε έντονους λεκέδες. Γενικά όμως ήταν καθαρό.

La casa è molto accogliente, adatta per 4 persone. E' in un quartiere molto tranquillo, vicinissima alla metro e alla fermata del tram. Nei pressi della casa ci sono supermercati, bar e ristoranti.

Καλή τοποθεσία. Ευρύχωρο σπιτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό με άμεση ανταπόκριση. Ανετα κρεβάτια.
Το πάτωμα παίζει να μην ειχε σφουγγαριστει ποτε και ήταν γεμάτο χνουδια που μαζεύονταν στα ποδια μας όταν περπατούσαμε. Βρήκαμε 4 φορες κατσαρίδες. Μύριζε έντονα ο βόθρος απο το μπανιο. Ειχε για θέρμανση μονο κλιματιστικά που δε βγάζανε ιδιαίτερη θέρμανση κ θελαν επειγόντως σέρβις. Συμβουλή προς τους διαχειριστές: θα αλλάζετε πάντα χαρτί υγείας όταν φεύγει ένας ένοικος, μην αφήνετε το μισό χρησιμοποιημενο για τον επόμενο..
