It was clean and near the mall so there was an easy access to basic necessities

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to a shopping mall and the city center, which makes it a great place to stay. The room had the standard amenities you would expect, which were practical and comfortable. A nice touch was the small complimentary toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, and even toothbrushes, which were much appreciated.
There were, however, a few things that could have been better. In the bathroom, there were still traces visible in the walk-in shower, there was a small leakage next to the toilet, and the shower faucet required some maintenance: the water flow was not smooth, and during showering, the faucet sometimes switched back to the regular tap, meaning you had to pull it again to get the water running through the showerhead. This made showering a bit less pleasant. There was also a phone in the room that was not connected. During our stay, fresh towels and a small refresh of the room would have been appreciated.
With some extra maintenance and attention to detail, this hotel could certainly offer an even more enjoyable experience.
