Great location, right on luas line
Bit noisy from the bar below until around 2.30am. Didn’t bother us but worth noting

Central location. Accommodated 5 people. Washing machine with dryer incorporated .
Friendly check in staff.
Noisy at night. We had to close the windows to block the noise which made it hot inside.

Very new and clean large room. Well lit stairs.
Comfortable bed. Great shower.
Entrance to the building was down a dirty alley with rubbish bins.
A large industrial and very noisy exhaust fan was right outside the bedroom window.
There was no dish detergent or teatowel available for dishes. The WiFi did not work well at all. Bedside lamps did not work as no PowerPoint's for them.
