They upgraded us to a larger family room, even though we had booked a double room. The room was spacious and had two comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked well.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful with our inquiries. The location is very convenient, just 300 meters from Big C Extra in Central Pattaya.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a choice of three different options served daily.
Considering the price, I have no major complaints. However, the bathroom is shared, and the air circulation throughout the building is not very good.
Improving the bathroom facilities and ventilation would enhance the overall experience.
