This is a small hotel in green countryside area, easy to access by car or from nearby ferry station (12-15 min walk). Great place for visiting Venice, Murano, Burano, Lido and other islands of Venetian laguna. Very nice host, good management. Good breakfast. Nice room, which wasnt that small for me alone, and I consider it a good stay even with wife together (keeping in mind some hotels in Tokyo or HK). Good shower, fresh lines, good pillows, the bed itself is just ok.
For the budget this is a great value to stay nearby Venice. Internet at my room at the 2nd floor wasnt stable, even as I happen to be alone in the whole place. But moved with notebook to receiption, and everything worked just perfect.

Blisko promu do Wenecji na piechotę czyli nie płacisz 9€ za parking. Obsługa przemiła. Byliśmy tam krótko bo tylko jedną noc ale być może kiedyś wrócimy bo po prostu fajnie. Aha moja dziewczyna mówi że kawa capuchino w tym miejscu była najlepszą jaką piła w życiu!!!
Łóżko wypełnia sypialnie całkowicie więc ciężko się poruszać dookoła łóżka. Ale to nieważne!

Easy and safe 12 min walk to water taxi for Venice. Plenty of parking onsite. Older house appears to be converted to a 7 bedroom hotel. Restaurant on site makes lovely fire grilled pizza. Restaurant staff very pleasant.
Absolutely NO hotel staff to check you in or out and meet any of your needs. Obtained key from restaurant staff. In our 3 night stay, no linens or towels were refreshed. 3 burned out bulbs were not replaced upon request during our stay. Ripped and blood stained sheer curtain covering on bathroom window. Very small rooms do not allow for suitcases to be open off the floor. Torn wallpaper. 2 party events during our stay. Crazy loud music until 11pm followed by loud talking to midnight..And if that doesn't disturb your sleep then a hard bed will.
