El precio. Además parece que confundieron la reserva de una cama por una habitación simple. Pero asumieron su error y como no tenían la cama en domitorio compartido que reservé, me dieron una habitación simple por el mismo precio.
La ausencia de una persona permanentemente en recepción.
El olor a humo que tenía la ropa de cama, aunque esto debe ser porque al parecer hubo un incendio el día anterior y Quito tenía olor a humo, si dejaron la ropa a secar en un cordel, probablemente se quedó con el olor.
