The hot tub offered a delightful view, and the peaceful atmosphere was greatly appreciated. The facilities were exceptionally clean and accommodating.
The firmness of the bedding significantly impacted our sleep quality, resulting in minimal rest. As individuals with arthritis, we were not informed about the presence of two flights of stairs leading to the entrance.

Extremely clean, comfortable, and modern. Close enough to town for last minute trips and yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Spacious for 2 people, nice amenities hot tub was nice as well!

We loved everything except for the drive to the place because of our car! We wish we were prepared for the roads there. Overall, it was beautiful and clean! We recommend the Crescent hotel (the autopsy drink!!!) and the pizza place. We also loved grotto grille but expect to spend a pretty penny. We saw the northern lights from the hot tub and enjoyed much needed alone time without all our kids!
The drive down and up from the main road to and from the retreat needs to be bigger and safer for drivers that do not come prepared with a 4 by 4. My Sorento did not want to move on those hills very well. I also want to add that Eureka Springs is a sundown town, we also did not know this. Almost everything gets shut down early.
