Good stay in large old house

The house is located in a quiet location and the size is extraordinary for a holiday home.

Kicthen is very small and has no dishwasher and there is no wifi. This was a surprise, but still not very comfortable.

К сожалению, наш опыт проживания оказался негативным. Мы приехали примерно на 20 минут раньше оговорённого времени и заранее позвонили владельцу. Он подтвердил, что можно подъезжать, и сообщил, что «ещё немного заканчивает уборку». Однако по факту дом был не убран: духовка, посуда, полы и душевая зона были грязными, в душевой было много волос, в доме было много пыли. Прежде чем разложить наши вещи, нам пришлось самостоятельно сделать уборку. Из положительного — постельное бельё было чистым, вероятно, его заменили перед нашим заездом. В доме было холодно, отопление работало некорректно (один радиатор не функционировал), на кухне не работал свет, отсутствовали базовые расходные материалы (туалетная бумага, мусорные пакеты). Туалет на первом этаже был ледяным, при этом ощущался сильный запах канализации. У двух гостей возникла аллергическая реакция на пыль. Отдельно обеспокоил вопрос безопасности: на радиаторе отопления были оголённые электрические провода. Кроме того, при использовании бани шёл дым, при этом мы не заметили дымовых датчиков. С нами находился маленький ребёнок, поэтому ситуация вызывала серьёзное беспокойство. Также хотим отметить, что вопрос депозита заранее с нами не обсуждался и при бронировании он указан не был. После выезда осмотр дома в нашем присутствии не проводился — по просьбе владельца ключи были оставлены под ковриком. Повреждение стекла, за которое нас сейчас обвиняют, уже существовало на момент заезда. Несмотря на это, депозит до сих пор не возвращён, и дополнительно от нас требуют 354 евро за полную замену окна. В результате всего произошедшего наши рождественские праздники были испорчены. Рекомендуем будущим гостям внимательно фиксировать состояние дома при заезде и заранее уточнять все условия, особенно связанные с депозитом.
