A beautiful new property with a peaceful, quiet, and soothing atmosphere. The service was superb, and the rooms were absolutely spotless, clean, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, and the property has a nice swimming pool, gym, small library, and a very aesthetic rooftop restaurant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely love to visit again.

清潔でダニの心配は無用です。トイレも綺麗で落ち着けます。ホテルのリムジンカーで空港まで迎えに来てくれるのが有難いです。またオーナーが大変フレンドリーで、また会いたくなります。
リムジンカーで帰国日に出先から空港まで送って頂く予約をしたのですが、時間になっても来てくれませんでした。せめて、行けなくなったとの事前連絡が欲しかったですね。そういう事もあり得ると想定して時間設定が必要です。

空港からホテルの送迎を宿泊代金込みで追加料金無しで対応頂けました。
帰国日にチェックアウト後にスーツケースをホテルで預かって頂けて、日中の移動が身軽で出来て大助かりでした。
ホテルスタッフのslendraがフレンドリーに話しかけてくれて、嬉しかったです。
最終日にオーナーのAnjeraが話しかけて下さって、親近感を感じました。
空港に着いて、WiFiルータが上手く機能しなくて、送迎運転手と連絡が取れず、状況をお伝え出来ませんでした。可能なら、到着時に空港の無料Wifiの使用を宿泊者にお勧めしては如何でしょうか?
部屋のシャワーのツマミをどちらに回すとお湯が出るか、もっとわかり易く表示頂けたら助かります。またお湯が出るまで5分くらい出しっ放しにしないとお湯が出ないのは、待たせ過ぎだと思います。

The overall room was decent and nice but there were too many mosquitoes in the room that was the reason i checked out the next day.
