A wonderful place for true rest and tranquility
Eleopetra Villas is one of those places where you stay for a few days and quickly start thinking about when you might come back.
The location is excellent — quiet and peaceful, surrounded by an olive grove, with clean air and a beautiful sea view. It is ideal for anyone looking for genuine rest away from noise and crowded tourist areas.
In the evening, the atmosphere becomes truly special: the moonlight stretching across the sea, the silence, the gentle sound of the waves, the scent of rosemary and the olive trees create a rare sense of calm. A photo can hardly capture it, but I am attaching one. :)
At the same time, places such as Trani Ammouda, Ormos Panagias, Lagonisi and Nikiti, along with beaches and restaurants, are less than 20 minutes away by car, so tranquility does not mean isolation.
The house itself is very well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay; during our five days we had no problems at all. We were especially pleasantly surprised that the villa was cleaned on the third day — a level of attention we have rarely experienced during such a short stay elsewhere in Greece.
The host deserves a special mention: extremely kind, helpful and responsive. He answered every question almost immediately, advised us on everything we asked about and even shared a few “locals’ secrets” about places worth visiting. :)
And one thing that may sound unusual: I would not add a swimming pool or jacuzzi. They might seem like extra luxury, but I think they would take something away from the character of the place. Its real charm is the sea, nature, open space, rosemary and olive trees — that wonderful feeling of peace, relaxation and almost complete escape from everyday life. For me, preserving that natural simplicity is far more valuable than adding another amenity.
A wonderful combination of nature, comfort and genuine hospitality. We would gladly return and recommend it without hesitation.
What didn’t I like?
Honestly, there is nothing I would describe as a real downside. The villa is excellent — it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, everything you may need in terms of kitchenware and appliances, and the internet connection is also very good and reliable. During our stay, we did not feel that anything essential was missing.
If I had to suggest one small addition, it would be a beach umbrella and two foldable sun loungers for guests to use. There are many beautiful wild and unorganized beaches in the area where this kind of equipment can be very useful.
We travelled by car, so the beach equipment we bought will simply come back home with us, which was not a problem at all. But for guests arriving by plane, having something like this available could be a very practical and thoughtful extra.
So this is really more of a friendly suggestion than something we did not like.

Nieuwe villa voorzien van alle luxe en comfort. Mooi en stijlvol ingericht. Twee badkamers, Zonwering, verduisterende rolluiken en airconditioning. Goede bedden, lekkere bank en zitstoelen aan een grote tafel binnen en buiten. Ruim terras buiten met grasveld en prachtige afwerking. Mooie, rustige omgeving, prachtig uitzicht.
De host heette ons welkom en heeft samen met zijn broer een eigen brochure laten drukken die je op weg helpt in het huisje en de omgeving, superfijn! Strand is op loopafstand, maar een tip is toch echt om naar Trani Ammouda op 10 minuten rijden te gaan.
Keuken is wat karig ingericht, afdruiprek was verroest en viel daardoor uit de toon met de rest.
Twee badkamers, maar de achterste is wat lastig douchen door kleine ruimte en constructiefoutjes (niet goed afsluitende deur/gebrek aan opstaande rand) waardoor water de badkamer inloopt. Dus toch allemaal de eerste gebruikt, die is perfect!

The villa is truly new and beautifully planned. The kitchen equipment was adequate and the overall cleanliness was excellent. All rooms have air conditioning, electric shutters, and there are two bathrooms for larger groups. The villa is situated slightly uphill, offering magnificent sea views. There is private parking available. You will definitely be satisfied.
There was nothing we disliked, but I think the second bedroom could use a small adjustment. After all, this is a villa designed for multiple guests and is high-end. The bed in that bedroom should have been two single beds. The current system isn't practical. However, the team was definitely very helpful and solution-oriented.

We had a wonderful stay at Eleopetra Villas! The location is excellent, with breathtaking views that made our stay even more special. The villa was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. Everything was well maintained, and we felt at home throughout our stay. Special thanks to Nektarios, who was an exceptional host, kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Eleopetra Villas to anyone visiting Halkidiki!
