Sufficient information was provided about how to locate and access the property and the property was exactly as described. The view out the back and being able to see the tide come in and out, was really relaxing and peaceful. Walking distance from restaurants, parks, cafes etc, very centrally located and reasonably priced.
Only provided 1 roll of toilet roll, but that is genuinely being slightly picky. The wifi strength was also not great, but it's not what you visit that area for so honestly no real complaints. The apartment is a little small though, so any longer than a weekend or a few days and you start to feel cramped. There is no dining table, so you also can't host, it is only really suitable for 2 people.

The location and view are amazing
The property is tired, the carpet is threadbare and the patio furniture could be so much nicer. With a little TLC and money the place could be transformed.

Great location, good views.
Patio furniture is old and rusty, bed is too small, carpet needs changing as it's threadbare and dirty, which creates a fusty smell and mould on silicon in shower needs cleaning or new silicon. Could be a lovely place with minimal updates.

Excellent base for exploring the area, very quiet and with stunning views across the tidal estuary. Only yards from the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland railway, whose trains can be seen from the accommodation, but apart from the occasional train whistle, there is no disturbance.
The 29 steps up to the entrance could be tricky for anyone infirm, but otherwise - nothing!
